Trio Group Induction Ceremony

We hold an induction ceremony at the Nagoya Chamber of Commerce and Industry on April 1 every year. All new employees from across the group gather together to receive their appointment letters.

Trio Group Shareholders’ Meeting

Usually our Shareholders’ Meeting is held in late May and it provides opportunity to present explanations to our major shareholders about the Trio Group’s financial results and future initiatives.

Project Presentation

Each company in the Trio Group presents a noteworthy project in front of all group employees, and the event is held regularly as a way to deepen mutual understanding and appreciation one another.

New Employee Achievement Presentation

In the end of the first year after new employees join the company, their results of activies will be presented online through the website. All group employees will watch these presentations and provide advice for new employees.

Overview of Overseas Business Tours and Conferences

The Trio Group attended the following five overseas inspections.
Purpose of these visits are for participants to grasp the latest trends overseas and to interact with different cultures.

Silicon Valley Latest IT Business Training Tour

Purpose of this tour is to visit IT companies in Silicon Valley in the United States to learn about startup initiatives, the latest information, technology trends, etc., and to experience American culture.

ProMAC (International Conference)

Every year, an international conference is hosted by the Project Management Society and held in a venue across the globe. This conference mainly focuses on PM case study presentations, exchange opinions, and networking events among participants. Approximately 150 papers are presentated and a variety of keynote lectures are held. Memebers of Trio Group give presentations in English every year.

AWS re:Invent

AWS re:Invent is an international learning conference hosted by AWS (Amazon Web Services). Every year in Las Vegas, USA. Participants gain technical knowledge by attending in various session and events, striving to further acquire skills by exchanging information with participating companies.

DreamForce

DreamForce is one of the largest conference events held by Salesforce. In addition to learning about new features and update information for Salesforce products and services, participants can engage in various sessions such as workshops and hands-on sessions to improve their development of skills.

CES

Every January, we participate in the CES (which stands for Consumer Electronics Show: High-Techonology Exhibition) held in Las Vegas, USA to obtain the latest information on the global IT industry.
