2025 Trio Group entrance ceremony held.
On April 1, 2025, Trio Group entrance ceremony was held at the Nagoya Head Office of Trio System Plans Co., Ltd. Twenty-two new employees joined the company and took their first steps as working adults.
At the entrance ceremony, after the group representative, Michiomi Kinoshita, gave a congratulatory address, representatives from each company presented letters of appointment to each new employee individually.
And from the representatives of each company, they spoke about the importance of investing in human resources and their expectations for each new employee.
Furthermore, the new employee representative gave a speech about their hopes as they joined the company.
The new employees will learn business etiquette and acquire knowledge related to their work before being assigned to their respective departments.
